Move Out Procedures for Storage Units
To receive your security deposit refund, we ask for:
- 30 day’s notice of intent to vacate
- Your unit needs to be swept clean
- Your unit must be damage free
- Lock and all keys must be returned. You can leave them on the floor inside your unit, bring them to the office or place them in our drop box. Do NOT lock the keys inside your unit. We do not have a spare or master key. This will result in additional charges.
Your security deposit will be mailed out to you as a check, so if you have moved, please update your mailing address with our office.
Move Out Procedures for RV and Boat Spaces
To succesfully move out of your outdoor parking space, we ask for:
- Give 30 day’s intent to vacate notice. As much notice as you can provide is appreiacted.
- Clean all items out of your parking space including leveling blocks.
- Call the office as you are pulling out of the facility for the very last time.
- Failure to call when exiting for the last time may result in further charges, especially if there is a failure to provide notice to vacate.
Move Out Procedures for Ski Lockers
To successfully move out of your ski locker, we ask for:
- As much notice as you can provide. If you provide notice at the time of rental that is sufficient.
- Empty locker completely and leave it open.
- Call the office and let us know you are out of your locker.
- Every renter needs to call once finished with their ski locker. Please leave a message after hours. 303-567-4085
